1. WHAT ARE THE SIZES? Our hoodies and t-shirts have a comfortable, flattering fit with a casual streetwear style. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.

2. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? All items are custom-made on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production. Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We ship worldwide, but international orders may incur customs fees (customer’s responsibility).

3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at help@phoswear.store.

4. WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@phoswear.store. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

5. HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

6. ARE THERE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED? Yes. We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods or personal care items

7. WHAT ABOUT EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS? EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason, provided the item is in its original unworn condition with tags and packaging.
